Overview
The Irving Metroplex Mfg Whse Service Administrator is responsible for the health of product flow and availability across the metroplex to ensure the Irving and Arlington plants are providing top service to our downstream locations while maintaining functional warehouse space. The Service Administrator works with both Region (Region Product Supply Manager, Region Service Manager, other plants) and local (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Traffic, Service, CSR) functions to coordinate product moves to improve Fill Rate and Load Readiness. Work week is likely to include Saturday and/or Sunday. Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Execute the SAP order cleansing process including adding/cutting products, creating/canceling orders, and changing order dates
- Monitor DRP Inventory positions to ensure order adjustments are based on downstream inventory positions and needs
- Partnering with the production schedulers on product availability and priorities
- Communicating to and collaborating with the warehouse on trip activation and load completion
- Weekly analysis of the following metrics to drive service improvement at the site:

- Fill Rate - work with the warehouse on load out prioritization to meet Fill Rate, Load Readiness and On Time Delivery goals
- Load Readiness - Review warehouse capacity analyzer daily and coordinate loading with the warehouse
Compensation and Benefits :
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- GED or Highschool diploma required
- Expertise in Frito Lay planning and inventory applications: ICS, SAP, DRP
- Extensive computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications (Excel, Outloook)
- Previous supply chain experience preferred
- Communication skills, both written and oral, role will require face to face collaboration with HQ, traffic, Warehouse, manufacturing, service, and schedulers
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented with the ability to work in team and group settings with a focus on high quality and customer service.
- Technical skills required for troubleshooting and determining the root cause of inventory gains or losses, pinpoint reconciliation and finished goods receipts errors.
- In-depth understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and working knowledge of ISCP supply chain tools
- Must be able to interpret and analyze key data points and trends in order to make Region-impacting decisions
- Proven track record of excellent attendance
