Overview
As a Raw Materials & Warehouse Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all inventory is reconciled, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, SAG/SOX Compliance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Support Inventory responsibilities for Indirects and Directs and ensure SAG/SOX Compliance is met
- Support receiving of raw materials in warehouse
- Reconcile full goods and supply inventory for the warehouse and share inventory numbers with the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager
- Troubleshoot inventory variances as required and report to Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager
- Enter bills of lading receiving in MyBuy and SAP for purchases, and transfers
- Manage the day-to-day inventory process and stocking for PPE, Package distribution
- Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy
- Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on period close weekends when required)
- Manage at-risk and product rotation with Warehouse Team
- Recognize process gaps within the Warehouse, develop solutions, and communicate effectively.
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Ability/Flexibility to work non standard hours, as needed
- Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
- Approachable & willing to help others
- Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
- Self-starter, with good organizational skills, and detail-oriented
- MS Office and Excel proficiency
