Overview
Mfg. Warehouse Certifier 2nd Shift
Mon - Fri
Starts at 03:30 P.M until work is complete. Full time and Overtime Eligible.
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
- Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
- Provide feedback to Product Availability Manager (PAM) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
- Track each load accurately
- Accurately count all pallets
- Maintain pace of pallet configuration
- Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources
- Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
- Recommend process improvements
- Coordinate picker and loader team
- Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
- Embrace and promote a culture of "strip, stack, wrap, strap"
- Other duties as Assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must maintain Voice Pick sequencing and data input
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,000 - $60,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
