PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), which is the largest operating sector in PepsiCo at $27B+ Net Revenue in 2023, is focused on delivering its best-in-class portfolio and execution today while also charting the long-term growth and transformation efforts to succeed in the future. To stay competitive in the marketplace, critical transformation initiatives are underway to empower our people, capabilities, and systems.
PBNA is modernizing the way we operate through the adoption of new technologies (SAP/PGT, Mosaic, Cockpit) and institutionalizing new ways of working (Global Capability Centers). To realize the full value of these transformative changes, the PBNA Process Transformation team will focus on reimagining end-to-end processes across PBNA leveraging standardization, simplification, and global capability centers in service of PBNA's vision - being the leading liquid refreshment beverage (LRB) growth driver in North America, winning corporate share and growing profit ahead of revenue.
As the Transformation Director you will serve as the Project Manager for PBNA Process Transformation (the "Process Transformation PMO") and will be a key strategic and executional leader providing project governance, planning, implementation, and execution across our transformation project initiatives.
You will work in close partnership with the Process Transformation Lead, Process Transformation Functional Leads, as well as senior cross-functional leaders across PBNA and Global including other Strategy and Transformation PMO Leads, to enable the execution of comprehensive business transformation initiatives.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and leader to ensure effective partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and provide clear guidance on transformation strategy. This role requires excellent conceptual thinking, problem solving, presentation design and project management skills, and an understanding of the PBNA Profit & Loss (P&L) to partner effectively across the business. You will be responsible for developing succinct insights and recommendations to senior leaders on project prioritization to enable effective governance.
Responsibilities
- Establish a standardized project management methodology, transformation processes, and ways of working to unlock speed of execution, increase team efficiency, and enable a one PBNA approach to project management delivery.
- Lead day-to-day "operations" including schedule, scope, progress tracking, status reporting, identifying issues, risks and key decisions that could impact project delivery, elevating and enabling solutions as needed.
- Liaise with change planning to ensure structural changes are properly planned and executed with minimal org disruption.
- Lead exploratory incremental structural designs including but not limited to division redesign and North America Center of Excellence (COEs).
- Will learn and integrate OrgVue, our workforce planning tool, into structure plans and scenario planning, interacting with global teams also implementing the application.
- Will have frequent touchpoints with ExCom leaders to capture project plans, milestones, open switches, etc.
- Align division and sector stakeholders to execution priorities and ensure "One PBNA" mindset to drive initiatives forward.
- Identify and coordinate integration/interdependency opportunities and risks, along with risk mitigation plans.
- Develop presentation materials for project-related discussions and leadership meetings; create compelling stories that influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action and understand impact.
- Ensure project management standards are consistently executed including project management methodology, playbook, tools, and roles & responsibilities.
- Partnering with x-transformation program PMO offices (i.e PepsiCo Global Template "PGT" and Integrated, Business Planning "IBP" to unlock an integrated roadmap and human-centric design approach; refining the E2E processes to ensure we fully leverage both the tools (i.e PGT, automation) and structure Global Capability Centers to drive our business forward.
- Enable/arm functional leaders with the latest and accurate information to facilitate connects with respective business partners.
- Track business case and partner with PBNA Finance to ensure Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) alignment across sector/divisions.
- Maintain and communicate integrated roadmap and master list of initiatives, including business case, status, timeline, milestones and risks.
- Support functional leads with related projects as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $170,000 - $242,700.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually, and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management or Strategy & Transformation experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in transformation initiatives with track record of executing and delivering in uncertain and ambiguous context.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and partnering with multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, beverages experience preferred.
- Project Management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, and Agile preferred.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
