Overview
This role will predominantly take place in the hold lane overseeing and supporting the daily operation of the hold lane and tracking of holds completions
Responsibilities
- Work with Utility Packers to work holds
- Works with QC techs on ensuring all quality notifications are printed and tagged on pallets
- Ensures action plans to address gaps are tracked
- Work with WHSE dock leads/Team supervisors on correct product being placed on hold in ICS
- Ensure pallets are taken on and off of hold in ICS correctly
- Follow communication process around Hold in ICS/Usage Decision was made/FQuality scanned
- Oversee all scanning of pallets in the handheld to ensure accurate inventory of the hold lane
- Ensure hold lane inventory in ICS matches physical inventory in the lanes
- Responsible to determine proper time frame of hold and communicate through proper channels
- Oversee destruction of pallets in the hold lane and ensure proper product is being destroyed
- Ensure all hold associated paperwork is properly filled out ex. Code date exception, food safety exception report, etc...
- Ensure communication of holds that left the building have proper communication sent
- Properly tracking return holds to the Irving plant and ensuring hold tickets are printed
- works with WHSE dock lead or Team Supervisor to unload hold product on trailers identify proper hold pallets are associated with and create new QN and place hold ticket on new pallet
- Ensuring ICS hold notes are updated for pallets that have auto RV hold attached to them
- Ensure pallets in QC side of hold lane are worked properly i.e.. Modifying pallets instead of deleting and recreating
- Be able to pull information from various sources power BI, excel, ICS, etc...
- Be able to lead daily Holds status meeting
- Point assignments in QAS programs as assigned by manager
- Training point on holds disposition
- Tracking certificate of destruction paperwork
- Any other duties assigned by management

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Ability to work flex hours and OT if needed
- Broad skill, experience, and knowledge of functional operations, organization, policies, and procedures
- Proven ability to handle advanced confidential administrative duties
- The position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Preferred:- Some food safety or sanitation experience or certification preferred
