Overview

As a Territory Coordinator for Pepsi Beverages, you will be responsible for overseeing a territory primarily focused on execution and sales in the market place. Contributing to the success of the Stratford, CT location by providing support to the SDLs in daily activities through tracking, coaching and communication. This person will also be responsible for assisting the team in achievement of plan goals.

During your onboarding we will provide you with route level training to learn the foundation of the business and develop an understanding of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain, while teaching you the role of the sales reps. Your strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment is vital to your success in this role.

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing execution and growing sales in the territory
  • Track and maintain Keying Accuracy results leveraging tableau
  • Effectively develop, build, and maintain positive relationships with customers (store management) while growing sales/selling in/executing sales programs and initiatives
  • Lead meetings focused on a plan to achieve objectives and goals
  • Conduct one-with-one meetings and "work withs" with your sales reps to discuss performance, selling and customer service skills
  • Coach your team to successfully sell against baseline and promotional opportunities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees
  • Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred
  • Ability to motivate yourself and others while delivering excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Able and willing to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
