Overview
Lead a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives,Create and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency,Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner,Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed,Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance,Adhere to the Environmental, Health and Safety requirements including completing tasks in a safe manner, attending safety meetings and mandatory EHS training, and reporting any unsafe conditions or acts, unanticipated hazards, or environmental concerns.
Responsibilities
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM
- Lead a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed
- Develop learning plans for employees to improve their skills and knowledge
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members
- Collaborate across departments to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency
- Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance
- Work with dock coordinator to ensure the department is operating efficiently
- Adhere to the Environmental, Health and Safety requirements

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $82,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Warehouse experience/Leadership Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Flexible availability for off cycle shifts when needed as well as attend all mandatory manager meetings on potential days off as needed
- Understanding of food safety and DOT regulations
- Experience with ICS, PWM, SAP and/or S4
- Forklift experience preferred
- High School Diploma
