What You'll Do:

Perform duties of parts ordering, work with suppliers and track spending, Manage Infor CMMS system and create work orders for PMs and EHS Program Element Lead. 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities

  • Parts Ordering
    • Order all repair parts for production & support equipment, building maintenance items, and material &
    • Review and follow up on parts item requests.
    • Create, receive, and process payments for all maintenance purchase orders within the SAP system
    • Track all spending via spreadsheet, update period summary, and compare to P-Net and ERT
    • Work closely with suppliers to achieve timely deliveries of all orders.
    • Perform cycle counts of inventoried parts each period and reconcile in the system
  • Infor CMMS & SAP Systems
    • Manage Infor CMMS system - This includes establishing appropriate inventory levels, verifying price,
    • location and descriptions as well as requesting new part numbers and setting up new Infor users.
    • Create requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and invoice vouchers within Infor for stocked parts and or
    • corrective work requests - this includes verifying packing slip with PO, tagging part with Infor part number
    • and stocking part in assigned location or kitting the part for work orders.
    • Track & provide feedback and training as necessary to all Maintenance Personnel on effective use of Infor
  • Work Orders
    • Assist the Maintenance Planner & Production / Quality teams with creating new work order requests and entering them into the system.
    • Assist with distribution of weekly P.M.'s for Maintenance, Production, and Quality
    • Create corrective work orders for various production and building maintenance tasks.
  • Support
    • TPM Pillar Blocks Lead: Asset Management, Storeroom Management, CMMS
    • Resource Conservation Programs
    • EHS Program Element Lead
  • Miscellaneous
    • Housekeeping duties - responsible for organizing parts room, parts storage mezzanines, & maintenance
    • Maintain Maintenance communication board information (Period Spending & Parts Status)
    • Set up of new suppliers within SAP system and verify existing supplier information is correct
    • Parts pick up -- requires driving company vehicle

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Understands maintenance terminology
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to work independently and as team player
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Able to read blueprints and shop drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years parts purchasing & inventory experience
  • SAP System Experience
