This Supply Chain Associate Analyst (Graphic Commercialization Lead) role will provide national support through cross-functional work involving PES (Pepsi Equipment Services) Supply Chain, Call Center, Marketing, Design, Finance, Sales, etc. This role will drive developments of our Equipment Graphic Supply Chain along with project management of equipment graphic conversions for brands including Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Rockstar, Celsius, Aquafina, and allied brands. This role will contribute and develop sustainable success and growth of PES by building capabilities and streamlining GTM timelines for all graphic changes that impact PES equipment portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for Pepsi Equipment Services graphics internal stakeholders, suppliers, and OEMs
  • Provide indirect leadership to field teams, coordinators, etc
  • Support execution of National Food Service initiatives
  • Follow parts inventory, replenishment and equipment sourcing processes
  • Execute required Health, Safety and Environmental Training Program
  • Participate in and contribute to regular conversations with Senior Managers and Directors
  • Project Management at a national level
  • Support of cross-functional projects and work streams
  • Create & implement process improvements to insulate business for long-term growth & success
  • Serves as a best-in-class resource to others in the use and interpretation of PES systems information, inclusive of problem-solving analysis of large datasets.
  • Advocate Lean Six Sigma principles, projects, and practices through participation and guidance.
  • Ad hoc analytical support per manager & surrounding team needs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.

Qualifications

  • Operations/Supply Chain-focused bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and follow through
  • Self-motivated & analytical in nature
  • Strong computer skills (BI Reporting, Outlook, Word, Excel, Business Objects, Power Point, I-Pad)
  • Experience or knowledge of Legacy SAP systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Business/Beverage Industry
  • Familiarity with printing processes (screen-printing, digital printing, CMYK, Spot Colors, etc)
  • Ability to travel %10 -%15 and work a flexible schedule.
