• Oversee and execute PBNA's enterprise-wide Strategic Planning process, for PBNA Sr. Leadership, PepsiCo Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Serve as the internal consulting team and business partners to PBNA organization and Sr. Leadership team.
• Partner across other Strategy teams and efforts worldwide as applicable.
• Provide thought partnership to project leaders and business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.
• Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills including the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Build project deliverables in partnership with project leaders.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the Strategic Planning Process.
• Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners.
• Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends.
• Contribute to capability building for the entire Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management.

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• 5+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm experience strongly preferred).
• BA required (MBA strongly preferred).
• Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.
• Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills to educate and influence senior leaders; ability to "manage up".
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands.
• Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
