The AFH operating environment is complex and highly dynamic, requiring diverse sales and go-to-market systems to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go. AFH is a key enabler of PepsiCo's strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a transformation accelerator.
We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. Our team primarily works across three types of projects: long-term strategic planning, annual strategic planning, and growth priorities (e.g., channel, customer strategy, portfolio, etc.).
The Foodservice Strategy team defines the strategic roadmap for this business through long-term strategic planning (across channels, customers, portfolio, and equipment) and transformation development (data and analytics, B2B e-commerce, sustainability).
