Overview

A vacancy exists at the Mountain Top Gatorade plant for Storeroom Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Basic Duties of Storeroom Coordinator, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize Microsoft Teams suite, (outlook, word, excel)
  • Communicate with outside vendors concerning quotes and lead times
  • Utilize Infor system
  • Parts tracking and inventory adjustments
  • Communicate with maintenance management team
  • Obtain quotes from vendors
  • Monitor and order stock room inventory
  • Communicate with vendors for part repairs/rebuilds
  • Shipment out via FedEx and UPS
  • Participate in 5S program
  • Remove trash and recycled metal dumpster when needed
  • Setting up shipping for returns and repairs
  • Lube Subject Matter Expert - both oils and greases
  • Set up site to site transfers in and out.
  • SAP Central Receiver
  • Forklift qualified

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with finding parts in stock
  • Cleaning of floors in stock room and out of stock room
  • Checking in of supplies for stock room and plant customers
  • Utilizing forklift for heavy item installation / unloading
  • Recycling of metal material
  • Manage parts returned to stock
  • Delivery of incoming parts throughout plant. Deliver to Warehouse, Production, and Quality
  • Generate company part numbers and location for newly added inventory
  • Cycle counting parts
  • Entering cycle counts.
  • Assist plant personnel
  • Organizing of shelves/drawers
  • Removal of old inventory also logging of deleted and obsolete parts

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to withstand long periods of time walking, standing, bending or crouching.
  • Coordinator will be required to lift loads from 20-50 pounds occasionally throughout their shift.
  • Must be able to lift load from waist to shoulder and occasionally above shoulder.
