As part of PFNA National New Business team, the Sr. Sales Manager role will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to acquire new business for PFUS in the Travel channel. This role will develop and execute AOP objectives, drive best-in-class portfolio execution and channel strategy within the Travel channel. Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance, and collaboratively with PBNA counterparts and Region teams, this business development team is responsible for delivering $70MM in new business acquisition annually, while leading the strategic channel efforts to drive against the total +$150MM PFUS new business target.

Responsibilities
- Lead a Business Development Team to deliver $70MM of net revenue (PFUS) in new business acquisition in the Travel Channel annually, against wired National Account targets.
- Create and deliver channel strategy for Region and Sector teams to support delivery of the overall PFUS New Business target of +$150MM.
- Deliver & maintain an accurate period forecast process.
- Acquire 5+ new travel accounts including prestige airline, cruise ships, alternate travel operators
- Lead strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholders for the Travel Channel nationally
- Develop active pipeline of > $100MM across PFNA LOBs
- Secure newly acquired accounts with a multi-year strategic partnership
- Provide team leadership, coaching, and capability building
- Act as a liaison and thought partner to the National Account customer teams for assigned channel
- Lead National New Business AOP execution for Travel w/other key stakeholders across PBNA National Accounts, and the PFUS teams
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 5 years of sales leadership experience in a progressive consumer package goods company
- Foodservice, new business and/or large account management experience required
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and the ability to think strategically to influence others
- Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
- Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills
- The drive to succeed in a very competitive marketplace, results oriented and the ability to balance sometimes conflicting priorities with a strong customer orientation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Ability to quickly resolve issues and develop relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize well
- Able to analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity
- Candidate must live near a major airport and be willing to travel >30%
