The Studio team is in search of a Senior Project Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Production, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for project prioritization and management of all projects at the Studio. This role evaluates each new Studio project, helps determine staffing, and then manages the project, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and on budget. The Project Manager functions similarly to an orchestra's conductor: this role directs and leads the Studio's Production, Creative and Strategy teams, helping them collaborate to deliver the best work.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class project management processes that can be used across brands. They will also be responsible for helping train and manage the Studio Project Manager teams on those processes.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of project and required resources
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project calendar and work plans
  • Work with Brand Partnerships team to be sure budgets and calendars meet brand objectives.
  • Communicate timely updates to the entire Studio team and brand client on ongoing project status.
  • Lead collaboration between different Studio teams (Brand Partnerships, Production, Creative, Community Management and Strategy)
  • Complete work on-time and on-budget.
  • Maintain our current excellent client relationships.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8-10 years experience in project or production management
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills - gold-standard collaborator and communicator
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent client facing/interpersonal and written skills. Interacts directly with brand clients.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Extremely organized
  • Self-starter, able to adapt to production changes and must be able to motivate teams
