The Studio team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Beverages North America business, working on iconic brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Bubly, Mug, and Starry.

Currently, the Studio team is searching for a seasoned, conceptual Associate Creative Director to join a high-performing team that leads some of the biggest beverage brands in the country.
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, versatile creative with a can-do attitude who delivers award-worthy concepts, writes flawless scripts, has film production experience, delights in details - and can coach others from both Art and Copy backgrounds to do the same. Someone who hasn't just contributed to campaigns but created them. Someone with a portfolio that showcases a breadth and depth of thinking across a variety of marketing verticals and target audiences.
This role will help lead insight-driven creative development across the wide portfolio of brands the team supports. They will input on strategy, lead ideation sessions, develop brand platforms and campaigns, content, and help foster the growth of other creative personnel. A successful ACD within the Studio is a humble, hands-on creative leader who can inspire marketing stakeholders with their vision and execute it flawlessly.
Responsibilities
The Studio team is hiring for a Sr. Associate Creative Director from an Art Direction background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Creative Director in leading 360-degree campaigns that integrate media analytics and creative best practices for brands
- Assist CD with leading the team through conceptualization to execution of creative campaigns of various sizes and scopes
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of strategic, insight-driven creative across a variety of touchpoints and multiple brands while aligning with CD
- Manage a team of creatives and freelancers in the development and execution of content for brands.
- Own presented aesthetic concepts and final art deliverables to client representatives and leads client pitches
- Review, enhance, and approve art direction and concepts developed by other team members
- Foster relationships with clients throughout PepsiCo
- Work with the CD to ensure the team has appropriate resources dedicated to the individual projects
- Work well with cross-functional teams (social, account, strategy, production, studio)
- Ensures top-tier creative output that adheres to brand standards
- Evaluate direct reports' performance
- Present work to internal agency team partners, brand team, and any other stakeholders for approvals / to sell the work
- Help to develop brand platforms and campaigns aligned with client briefs
- Aid in hands on content creation, art direction and design across multiple platforms including social as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house agency with a background in Art Direction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred BFA/BA/BS/MS Degree In Advertising, Communications, Visual Communications, or Graphic Design
- Portfolio of work that showcases a high-level of creative work
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPG and other categories
- A deep understanding of the film production process. Experience in pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Experience in creative advertising, marketing, and brand development.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative and effective
- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything
- Proven collaboration abilities with both internal account and brand teams
- Strategic thinking and creative leadership skills
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives
- Creative leader who can bring a brand voice to life across omnichannel marketing and develop breakthrough ideas
- Ability to think big picture and strategically, coupled with results orientation, and proven track record of strong tactical execution within the creative space
- Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present in a visual and compelling way
- People management experience leading and inspiring teams of creative professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset - willing to roll up your sleeves and creatively stretch budgets along with being a hands-on creative themselves
- Proven ability to interact with senior level management across functions to deliver against strategic digital engagement goals
