Overview

The North Division Space Planning Team provides the unique opportunity to develop internal strategy and partner cross functionally to drive customer space strategy. Working on this team will allow for the use of a litany of data sources to aid in making best-in-class recommendations internally and to our customers. The North Division Space Planning team works in a fast-paced environment where effective prioritization is essential, and we're excited to bring on a passionate and driven Space Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team.

*Candidates must currently reside in the North Division area.

Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for creating Large Format Merchandising Standards, which entails excellent data mining capabilities, as well as the ability to align strategically with Sr. Leadership and the markets
  • This role works closely with key strategic customers in the North Division, collaborating with retailer customers and our PEP Customer teams to develop best-in-class, data-driven planograms that are unbiased and aligned with customer needs
  • Works cross functionally with Key Account Managers and Category Management
  • Develop display recommendations internally and for customers
  • Create and maintain store level and regional planograms
  • Analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Maintain a clean product library and product list

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally with sales, category management and the customer to provide 'win-win' solutions to the customer
  • Beverage or CPG industry experience is preferred
  • JDA Space Planning or other relevant Space Planning software experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate on a tight deadline
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% within the North Division required
  • The position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
