Join Frito-Lay Now! We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Frontline Team Supervisor to lead and support our frontline associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily work direction, utilizing technical systems for reporting and analytics, and ensuring the team meets performance standards. This role involves conducting performance coaching, managing personnel issues, and making critical business decisions. The Frontline Team Supervisor will also handle time and payroll systems and reconcile shift performance using functional business systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Leads daily performance meetings
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business
- Handles all team performance and personnel issues
- Manages time and payroll systems
- Reconciles shift performance by using functional business systems

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,000 - $80,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
- 1-3+ years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You Able to Instruct and Teach Others Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
- Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
