Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations within our warehouse. This role is essential in ensuring productivity, compliance with safety standards, and team performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Performance & Metrics Tracking:
- Provide daily SPARC board metrics before 9:30 AM.
- Send shift performance recaps every two hours, highlighting potential risks.
- Reconcile employee performance at the end of each shift and implement necessary coaching or disciplinary actions the following day.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:
- Conduct pre-shift floor walks and coordinate with inventory on any discrepancies (e.g., blue cones).
- Monitor off-shift replenishment and provide performance feedback to PAS.
- Ensure all employees follow warehouse policies, including restrictions on phones, food, drinks (except Aquafina water), and earbud usage.
- Control employee break and lunch schedules (15, 30, 15) and enforce efficiency standards, including load last list compliance.
Employee Training & Documentation:
- Utilize Lighthouse principles to enhance team effectiveness.
- Conduct and document employee training sessions as needed.
- Ensure all certifiers can look up inventory in the system and provide training when necessary.
Attendance & Time Management:
- Track attendance using the SharePoint spreadsheet and document concerns daily.
- Monitor Kronos records daily to ensure timekeeping accuracy.
- Enforce gap time standards: 20 minutes from punch-in to first pick and 20 minutes from last pallet to punch-out.
Equipment & Process Oversight:
- Ensure all equipment is placed on chargers during breaks, lunch, and at the end of the shift.
- Maintain control over the chilled process, ensuring all documentation is checked daily.
- Maintain compliance with all operational and safety guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to enforce policies while maintaining employee engagement.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Kronos, SharePoint, inventory lookup tools).
- Experience with performance tracking, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
- Level III certification (or willingness to obtain).
