SC Coordinator - Administration Assistant

Overview

The SC Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support for the Certified Center Senior Manager and Supervisors. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for weekly payroll submissions as well as processing invoices for payment in APS.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary Payroll administrator for 130+ frontline employees.
  • Responsible for reviewing, retaining payroll supporting documentation, and signing off on weekly payroll.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve payroll related problems or questions.
  • Responsible for processing facility overhead and transportation payments in APS. Processes closed order reports for PBC Imaging.
  • Prepares period recycling income for HQ processing and manages recycling income tracker.
  • Maintains records of equipment transportation moves and costs and validates individual Bills of Lading with transportation tracker.
  • Purchases facility and office supplies.
  • Coordinates meetings and events.

Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management
  • Familiar with MS Excel and Office
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with employees and suppliers
  • Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of PBNA/PES systems (e.g. KRONOS, APS, ITL, CETS)
  • Prior Foodservice and/or bottler operations experience.
