Overview

Demand Accelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Accelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

This role will help partner to develop Strategy and Business Intelligence support on the PepsiCo Kroger Category Leadership team across the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio. The primary objectives of this role are to drive accelerated growth, market share gains, and elevated customer partnership via Shopper/Customer Insights. Key accountabilities include providing shopper and consumer insights support for Kroger and PepsiCo Beverages Joint Business Planning, Internal PepsiCo Initiatives and for discovering new opportunities to drive future business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work across a variety of PepsiCo and Kroger teams to help lead PepsiCo and Kroger Beverage transformational big bets initiatives on the Sports Drink, Energy, RTD Coffee and Protein business.
  • Provide analytics, insights and recommendations to support PepsiCo Beverage Annual Operating Plan, Joint Business Planning Meetings, New Item Meetings, Post Promotional Analysis and Internal Business Inquiries
  • Delivery of Shopper Centric Insights and Solutions that drive category growth, market share expansion and financial plan success
  • Scorecarding, post promo analysis, category assessment, market analysis, SWOT, strategic planning, and retail execution

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience across CPG and Category Management preferred
  • Proficiency in shopper data and analytics
  • Preferred experience with IRI/Nielsen syndicated/panel data
  • Preferred experience with Kroger's Market6 data, 84.51 data and the KOMPASS process
  • Well versed in Microsoft suite of products, Excel/PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  • Creativity and strategy skills
  • Business relationship management
  • Strong organization and communication skills both verbal and written
