Overview
The Kroger Sales & Pricing Analyst contributes to the success of PepsiCo, Inc. by facilitating all PBNA Bottler beverage price changes, promotional calendar updating, contract team creation communication/correctness, Kroger team Sales Reporting and item setup maintenance.
Reporting into the Director of NCBs, this professional will support Pepsi Bottler and the Kroger Beverage Sales Team by leading and executing job responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner. Additionally, this person will communicate cross functionally internally and externally across bottler network, Kroger personnel, and PBNA employees.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Kroger Pricing, Calendar, Promo Updates for Beverage Team.
- Setup new items in 1WorldSync to Kroger Specifications and work with our PepsiCO DMO team to maintain items in portal.
- Partner with internal and external partners on Pricing such as Pepsi bottlers, Sales Leads, and customer as needed.
- Utilize Kroger 84.51 Portal and Pepsi internal reporting systems to pull data for analysis and correct item setup and distribution.
- Prepare sales or bottler communication as needed
- Manage Pricing SPA Box in partnership with Pricing Team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Pricing Organization, or PepsiCo Experience a "plus"
- 2-3 years of experience in CPG environment or customer service industry
- Excel: High level of skill (Vlookups, pivots,)
- Analytical Experience to understand data from pricing and distribution reporting.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
- Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
- Planning/organizing skills: Capable of managing major projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams.
- Willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support systems
- Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
- Team player
- Continual learner, positive attitude
