Overview
This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management in the North Division for US Beverages. This role will help develop plans for sustainable, profitable revenue growth for the division, will work closely with specific Key Accounts the Retail team to develop pricing architecture and pack/brand strategies that deliver the objectives of the North Division on internal and external metrics and meet the needs of our customers and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketplace pricing strategy by customer, categories, and channels
- Develop analytics and insights to provide simple but effective recommendations to selling team
- Support the development of scorecards and presentation materials
- Support development of local pricing playbooks by geography (targets, guardrails, insights)
- Review and analyze customer pricing throughout AOP/QBP process
- Provide ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested
- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing decision impact across multiple stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave
- Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days
- Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually
- Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year
- Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay
- Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child

Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Experience and practical CPG exposure in one or more of the following areas preferred: Revenue Management / Pricing, Insights and Analytics, Sales / Sales Strategy, Customer or Category Management, Consumer or Shopper Insights, Financial Planning & Analysis, Topline Finance and/or Strategy consulting
- Strong analytical skills: ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions, processes, or tools
- Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously
- Experience with financial modeling
- Detailed oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, and ambiguous environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience with both syndicated (IRI) and in-house data platforms, preferred with the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software application
