As a Revenue Growth Capability Manager at Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), you will be a key commercial contact responsible for providing the revenue management expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. The Revenue Growth Capability Manager will lead the development of revenue growth capabilities (tools/process) and support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy to deliver net pricing growth, and share gains. This role combines project management expertise with a deep understanding of RGM to effectively roll out these tools and education.

As the Revenue Growth Capability Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of tool development, ensuring each step is logical and strategically aligned with our KPIs and output needs. By taking full ownership of the projects and demonstrating initiative, you will focus on achieving strategic outcomes and continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, implementation, and adoption of tools, driving both efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and rollout of RGM capabilities, including tools, processes, data, and education.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of tool development, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs.
  • Take full ownership of projects, demonstrating initiative & proactively address challenges.
  • Lead scoping sessions with cross-functional partners to ensure tools meet necessary functionality and KPI requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization of tools for utilization.
  • Provide training and support to team members ensuring effective use and integration of data and systems.
  • Serves as Center of Excellence for PBNA Revenue Management reporting & analytics; works with Division counterparts to drive national agenda across the organization.
  • Partners with BIS/IT team to scope out and design tools to advance Revenue Management capabilities across the organization in a consistent & efficient manner.
  • Performs periodic revenue management capability assessments and subsequent action plans to address gaps and enhance capabilities.
  • Elevates revenue growth management tools/practices to stay ahead of the industry by benchmarking against both internal and external organizations.
  • Support Sector and Division teams in generating actionable insights from tool outputs to drive net pricing growth and share gains.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of progressive responsibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with project management and/or Revenue Growth Management
  • SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
  • Strong analytical skills needed to assess system outputs and relationships to existing business performance.
  • The ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes.
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of management.
  • Influential skills with the ability to gain the cooperation of various individuals/teams without formal authority.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house and third-party software applications
