Overview
The SAP Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of SAP systems in managing production processes. The role requires an understanding of reconciliation, production processes, SAP functionalities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
SAP System Integration:
- Collaborate with teams to integrate SAP (such as Production Planning, Raw Material Management, and Quality Management) into the production environment.
- Oversee administrative and production workflow tasks, including starting and confirming process orders, linking raw material and syrup batches to production orders, and addressing system-generated issues.
- Lead the implementation of partial pallets across all production lines, ensuring that only one partial pallet is left after each production process order and that it is accurately recorded in SAP.
- Monitor the Auto-LPN (License Plate Number) PLC to ensure accurate scanning of pallet tags for each finished goods pallet, and verify the data echoed in SAP production process orders.

Material Management:
- Collaborate with the Raw Material Planner to guarantee the availability of raw materials for production.
- Receive just-in-time (JIT) raw materials, such as cans, bottles, and ends, ensuring their timely delivery to the production line.
- Take part in raw material cycle counts as required during daily or period-end operations.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to production staff on SAP usage and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Stay updated on SAP developments and updates, disseminating relevant information to the production team.
- Fulfill other duties assigned by Plant Leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000.

Qualifications
- Preferred three years of technical skills experience in all areas of Manufacturing, with familiarity with MRP System.
- Clear understanding of manufacturing practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.*
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs, and Outlook.
