Overview
PepsiCo Digital Product team, as part of Strategy & Transformation, provides end-to-end products and solutions that focus on having the right data and insights, accessible for the right people, driving their business goals at the right time, across the globe. These products enable a unique competitive advantage to delight both our customers and consumers and create a catalyst for a PepsiCo data-driven culture. The Product Management team will lead the creation of the next generation of infrastructure, data science insights, and business applications that drive business value across global teams. We will achieve this by delivering a vision and strategic roadmap for best-in-class platforms, and consistently executing against key milestones in direct collaboration with global engineering and data science teams.

Responsibilities
- Support product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers
- Support technical vision alongside engineering team and executive management, influence, and lead cross-functional teams on strategic product direction
- Drive the lifecycle of all products, from inception and build to commercialization and adoption, ensuring the continuous improvement of products
- Lead strategy and development of Commercial products, including all NRM products, DX products, and CRM
- Transformational lead, driving cultural shift and change in mindset to user-centric approach to digital product development.
- Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering
- Work collaboratively with regional and global partners
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $115,000 - $197,500.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of product management focused on enterprise or B2B software with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment,
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
