Overview
The Payroll Admin will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of Payroll and Attendance records in accordance with Frito-Lay guidelines and PepsiCo Controls Standards
Responsibilities
- Assist in Process payroll data weekly for 1200+ Team Members
- Assist with Payroll / Kronos weekly processing and closing process
- Assist with Reconciliation and Balancing payroll weekly per Audit requirements
- Interacts with Management and Team Members for validation of Payroll data
- Responds to/resolves Team Member's questions and problems
- Assist in processing pay adjustments, special payments, Team Member deductions as needed
- Supports Payroll PepsiCo Control Standards
- Processing & Communicating Vacation / FMLA / Time Off Requests / Call Off Log
- Owns and updates Employee Calendars and Balances
- Supports HR with updates to Team Member data due to bidding, etc
- Facilitates NEO Training as it relates to Kronos & Payroll
- Facilitates Onboarding Kronos Training for New Manager/SCL's
- Enforce and retain Perry's Policies as pertained to Kronos/Attendance
- Process and maintain yearly holidays / pay rules through IT Service Requests
- Process and maintain annual Wage Authority through Service Requests
- Other duties as assigned by Manager and or to support the Site & Region

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
- 1+ years of Administrative experience required
- 1+ years of Kronos or similar experience preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Payroll Systems, Kronos, Oracle, SAP preferred
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution
- Must be self-motivated, and organized
- Proven ability to work with teams and individuals
- Solid Communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality and data protection
