Overview
This position will be accountable for the partnership of the Maintenance Planner and Parts Coordinator along with all inventory responsibilities at the site.
The full-time position with benefits will work a 40-hour work starting Sunday morning through Thursday afternoon.
The hours of work will be from 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Hours may flex to accommodate the demands imposed by meetings, audits and training. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Total Inventory Control of Finished Goods.
- Forklift Maintenance Liaison.
- Maintenance Purchasing.
- Daily Inventory Close procedures.
- Goods receipts and movement/cycle counting.
- Spare parts research/re-ordering.
- Parts kitting.
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or greater required
- Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
- Ability to interact with all people (Team Members & Outside Visitors / Vendors)
- Professional, punctual, and impeccable attendance record
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Intellectual Curiosity
- Team Player / Works Well with others
- Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Multi-Task in a fast-paced environment
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Basic Job Qualification
- No performance issues within the last year for attendance or performance
- Excellent Computer and Analytical Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, DRP)
- Knowledge/Experience of Warehouse Operations and Finished Goods processes
