Overview
Work shift: 3rd Shift (10 pm - 6 am); Mon-Fri; weekends as needed
Provide coordination and technical support around manufacturing with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, productivity improvement, product safety and regulatory management.
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans with Production and Quality teams to ensure SAP processes are maintained.
- Order all raw materials, utilizing SAP, for the manufacturing lines.
- Track all SAP orders until completion and ensure physical inventory counts on-site are accurate for MRP.
- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes with the production team to drive performance.
- Coordinate internal self-assessments with the production team, from scheduling orders through payment of invoices, to ensure raw material inventory matches financial gains/losses each period.

Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel. This includes F22K audits, AIB audits, regulatory audits, etc.
Responsible for documentation control.
Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950.

Qualifications
- Preferred three years of technical skills experience in supply chain / manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating SAP is preferred.
- Team Player and a self-starter.
- Must be able to work 2 weekends / month.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and Outlook
