Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD (Direct Store Delivery) delivery.
- Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
- Floor lead when warehouse supervisor is not on- site.
- Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders.
- Track each load accurately.
- Palletize Geobox trucks when loading.
- Load full service trucks.
- EiOs taks (Environmental and safety audit tasks).
- Accurately count all pallets.
- Maintain pace of pallet configuration.
- Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets.
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources.
- Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate picker and loader team.
- Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps.
- Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap".
- Check in Geobox and full service trucks when returning from routes.
- Other duties as Assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required (college degree preferred not required).
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating schedule (Working 1 Weekend at Period End for Count).
- Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results.
- Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Safe driving record strongly preferred.
