Overview
The LD&T Manager will manage one of PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions (PGCS) North American Supply Chain Distribution Centers (Approx. 140K sq ft facility in Texas).
The LD&T Manager leads a team of frontline and professional staff of approximately 20-25 employees and must maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. The role is accountable to sustain KPI measures and initiatives in support of PGCS's annual operating plan; compliance with OSHA, EPA, quality, and regulatory requirements; and adherence to Global Control Standards, AIB, and ISO Quality requirements, audits, and safety inspections.
Management responsibility for operating budget, inventory, shipping & receiving, maintain established high level of customer service (Internal & External) and adhere to PepsiCo's Product Stewardship/Integrity Requirements at lowest cost, and provide employee training and performance management.

Responsibilities
- Annual Operating Plan - development of, and adherence to, the approved operating plan
- Warehouse performance in accordance with SOP practices and procedures
- Product Integrity - ensure product stewardship/integrity starting at inbound through outbound including storage and handling
- Manage warehouse productivity through best practices and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Inventory Accuracy - manage inventory through cycle count program (1200+ SKUs) of semi-finished goods.
- Customer Service - ensure customer service levels are maintained or exceeded
- Compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulatory requirements (EPA, DOT, OSHA, HAZMAT) including but not limited to proper permitting, licenses, and employee training
- Organizational Capability - building and sustaining organizational capability, employee development, positive employee relations, and a strong workplace culture
- Manage expenses to achieve budgeted targets and company goals
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of distribution center / logistics experience
- Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations
- Strong leadership, business partnering, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills
- Must be able to work independently within guidelines, lead initiatives, and apply sound business judgment
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
- Able to train workforce and supervise program planning and implementation to meet regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead, inspire, and lead change management and organizational change
- Mentor and develop talent at all levels
- SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office experience required
