The Studio team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Beverages North America business, working on iconic brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Bubly, Mug, and Starry.

The Studio is in search of a Junior Producer. Reporting to the Director of Production and Studio Producers, a Junior Producer will be responsible for production arrangements across all brands we work on.
This includes arranging locations, developing production schedules and setting up the support elements necessary for filming. This role requires a high degree of organizational skill to manage the varied logistical needs of video production, often needing to help plan multiple productions at once.
They manage production paperwork, which may include location permits, bills, schedules, call sheets, insurance forms and release forms. They may also answer questions from cast and crew members in preparation for filming and help, as needed, on set. They coordinate transportation needs, liaise with filming locations, run errands, help coordinate catering and craft services to feed the cast, crew and creative team and oversee equipment rentals. After filming, the junior producer helps wrap by managing equipment returns, closing accounts with vendors and completing all necessary paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Support all areas of production before, during, and after a shoot
- Communicate set and staffing needed to make logistical decisions.
- Manage the production communications, including handling production paperwork, answering emails and relaying messages to production staff.
- Delegate responsibility to production assistants and provide guidance as needed.
- Prepare sets and fellow crew members for filming
- Managing some production funds. Negotiate with vendors to purchase supplies, rent equipment, secure locations, order food and track spending diligently
- Manage travel accommodations for various team members
- Handle various administrative tasks throughout productions
- Help ensure smooth operations while on set
- Run errands as needed
- Help manage talent
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of film equipment and terminology
- Strong communication skills
