As an IT Delivery Excellence Sr. Analyst, you will be a key member of the Digital Products and Services looking into portfolio management for North America globally, one of biggest deployment centers. Your responsibilities will include-
Responsibilities
- Embed and partner with respective Functional Leadership to understand the business domain and ensure successful delivery of investments end-to-end. (Strategy, Annual Operating Plan
- Financials, Demand Management to ongoing program/project health, integration and deployment/closure.)
- Partner with Business Relationship Managers and their teams; collaborate with other departments.
- Facilitate Ideation Workshops to help Delivery Leads establish the functional strategy.
- Meticulously guide the Delivery Team through PepsiCo governance and project delivery process to ensure each milestone is rightsized and adhered to.
- Conduct program & portfolio monitoring and analysis; synthesize and present results focusing on key actionable items.
- Facilitate process rollout and adherence (e.g. Annual Operating Plan process, project initiation, etc.)
- Facilitate small - medium project delivery; at times acting as a Scrum Master or Project Lead.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Experience:
- 4 - 5 Years of project management with relevant
- Experience in either SDLC or Agile
- Portfolio management
- Relationship management
- Risk Management
- Project/product Management Life cycle
- University degree with a specialization in Computer Science is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products
- Certification in either Project Management or Agile
- Data Analysis
Skills:
- Strong communicator
- Strong collaborator/ customer service-oriented
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills - able to make correlations between the data, the impact, and the necessary actions
- Ability to lead initiatives independently
- Knowledge of Finance
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently with minimal direction
