Responsibilities

The HUB Coordinator supports our Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) satellite locations and HUB Leadership team by executing administrative, supply chain, and logistics operations-based tasks.

  • Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
  • Monitor email; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) subject matter Expert.
  • Organize, complete, and maintain department EIOS tasks / files, both electronic and hard copy within safety compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide backup Daily HUB Equipment Approvals.
  • Provide back up support for equipment sourcing- comparing in stock equipment vs equipment receiving from the CC and new equipment on order to open moves for all locations.
  • Provide back up support for communication with the scheduling team and MES's for any issues with routes or equipment outages that are scheduled.
  • Guide period inventory process: Data entry, Property Exception Listing (PEL) resolution, and inventory control binders.
  • Print and review OSO report, order parts needed. Print BCCP for national installs, place with prep paperwork.
  • Gather information to use for big wins such as college, schools, and business, may have to order special equipment, work with parts person for special graphics and additional parts.
  • Creation of and distribution of Holiday schedule when requested to ensure routes are completed and equipment will be at the locations when required.
  • Manage inbound parts replenishments / ordering of parts for all HUB stocking locations.
  • Conduct quarterly resets and identify root cause for any out-of-stock issues for all HUB stocking locations.
  • Conduct weekly parts count for all stocking locations using MACHp.
  • Receive in and empty FG totes from satellite locations and manage WPCC totes.
  • Manage all aspects of inbound dock scheduling. To include receiving in equipment (MACHe) and assetizing all new equipment.
  • Hold PIT master trainer certification for Haverhill HUB and provide training to new hires and rectifications.
  • Work with OEMs on warranty equipment issues.
  • Coordinating building maintenance with outside suppliers and conduct light building maintenance.
  • LPO for HUB alarm issues after hours
  • Responsible for ordering new EE badges and all access to facility.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned dependent on the business need and at managers discretion.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. - Sensitivity with confidential information
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed.
  • Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for other (internal and external)
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be strong team player and assist another department as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and take on projects.
  • 2+ year experience in warehouse support role
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
