Overview

At PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), we believe in fostering a workplace where safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager who is passionate about driving safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT), and promoting accident prevention and injury management at our Stone Mountain manufacturing and warehousing location.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: As an EHS Manager, you'll lead initiatives that integrate safety and environmental programs into our day-to-day operations. Your expertise will guide us in achieving sustained improvements in safety performance, compliance, and environmental stewardship. You'll be instrumental in supporting the location's manufacturing teams, identifying solutions for workplace safety, and leading a proactive approach to EHS management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of our EHS strategy, driving compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while advancing our safety culture.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement safety programs, Workers' Compensation efforts, and environmental initiatives that make a difference.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to develop actionable solutions that prevent incidents and improve our EHS management system.
  • Take ownership of the EHS budget, action plans, and targets, ensuring measurable and impactful outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting risk assessments, training, and auditing, and leading by example in safety and environmental best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, influencing positive behaviors and safety awareness at all levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • We're looking for someone with a strong background in EHS management who can communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and inspire others toward a culture of safety. Ideal candidates have:
  • Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations and experience in implementing robust EHS systems.
    A collaborative and inclusive mindset, ready to work closely with colleagues and drive team-oriented results.
    Leadership qualities that empower others and a proven ability to influence positive change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. EHS or related discipline in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management.
  • 10+ years of EHS experience, ideally within consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, and CHMM are highly desirable.
