Overview
The Global OT Program Manager role will be responsible for, but will not be limited to, the delivery of POCs (proof of concepts), pilots, and projects to support PepsiCo's Operational Technology (OT) function. This role will be accountable to forecast and deliver against estimates and financial plans. Additional accountabilities to include supporting service provider engagements, analyzing project requests, estimating work efforts, forecasting, delivering solutions against estimates, managing project risk, and delivering solutions that are aligned with PepsiCo standards
Responsibilities
- Accountable to manage and deliver POCs, pilots, and projects for the OT function within Information Security
- Assist with project budget management including, but not limited to estimating, planning, and forecasting
- Deliver leadership-aligned decisions related to assigned projects
- Ensure all solutions deployed are consistent with IT Architecture and Engineering, Information Security, and Operational Technology standards
- Work as a liaison between stakeholders to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Partner with internal stakeholders and PepsiCo's strategic suppliers to develop project proposals, estimates and cost/benefit analysis for projects
- Implement standard and improved processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of delivery
- Drive service improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Partner with PepsiCo's procurement teams to drive vendor selections for delivery. Assist with the onboarding of, and the maturity of vendor service agreements and scope of work documents
- Communicate portfolio updates and status via regular performance scorecards with program/project sponsors and stakeholders
- Track and report on overall health of projects including risks and issues
- Develop and execute a Transition-to-Sustain process for OT related projects
- Coordinate all related I&O, SecOps, DevOps, CIO teams to deliver quality services into operations
- Conducts risk assessment and updates the IT risk register, and provides remediation estimates in preparation for AOP
- Ability to assemble a team and work as a mentor for team members

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology and IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in IT/OT services delivery, architecture, engineering, and/or operations support
- 10+ years managing technology deployments as a delivery lead or project/program manager
Mandatory technical skills:
- 5+ years' experience in Agile/Waterfall Project management methodology
Mandatory non-technical skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and service providers
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management (or related fields)
- Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong Communication skills to work with business partners, IT/OT partners, and leadership.
- Able to demonstrate strong Project Management and Project Delivery experience
- Proven track record in delivering IT strategic initiatives in a complex organization
