Overview
The Cost Transformation & Network Design Domain Architect role is responsible for defining the global north star architecture for CTX and Network Design (capabilities, technology standards), governing and ensure organization aligns with enterprise standards and uses common solutions, defining the architecture for global CTX and Network Design programs and providing architecture coaching/guidance to sector EA's for sector specific CTX and Network Design initiatives, towards reducing IT costs and complexity and ensuring long term viability of solutions. In addition, this role will serve as the PGT Integration Architect responsible for ensuring the SAP footprint is integrated across S&T and governed properly through design authority and Enterprise Architcture Review Board.

Responsibilities
- Define north star reference architectures for domain (capability models, with common terminology, definitions, and flows) - Accountable
- Define technology strategy for the CTX and Network Design domain. Lead/own the evaluation and selection of solutions/platforms to meet global/sector needs.- Accountable
- Evangelize and increase awareness of global reference architectures and tech standards for CTX and Network Design domains across the enterprise. Liaison for CTX and Network Design for the globe (across S&T and Sector Deployment).- Accountable
- Shape the technology strategy of CTX and Network Design initiatives to maximize alignment with standards. Close fit gaps with standards to minimize local solutions. - Accountable
- Lead delivery of consistent solution architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical architecture) for key transformation initiatives to ensure solution is fit for purpose, flexible, scalable, and sustainable. Guide / support sector HR architects in defining solution architecture for sector specific projects. Accountable
- Partner with S&T CTX and Network Design and to drive the right linkage across the domains in architectural strategy. Link architecture back across Enterprise Architecture to determine where best usage, extension of existing platforms/vendors to aid in decision making tied to the business benefit analysis. - Responsible
- Partner with Capability teams on end-to-end solution evaluations (Innovation, Enterprise Servies Platforms, DATA & AI, Digital Products, Security and Infrastructure) - Responsible
- Expert in up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means. - Accountable
- Partnership with key strategic vendors Salesforce, etc. as it pertains to the North Star Architecture - Accountable
- Integration Architect and Governance for Integration into the Digital Transformtation PGT programs (i.e. into SAP S4, SPA IBP, TPM, ARIBA and Technical Migration program across the globe). Will serve as the liaison for Supply Chain for PGT. Will attend the Design Authority and manage integration back to S&T Enterprise Architecture Review Board (ARB). - Accountable
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
• and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
• Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field, Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of software industry experience.
- 5-7+ years of solution architecture experience.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of the Supply Chain processes
- Experience with key vendor software packages including SAP Success Factors, UKG Pro, Service Now and Degreed Solutions.
- In-depth experience with PepsiCo Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) architecture, data integration patterns and data & analytics concepts.
- Ability to comprehend business strategies and needs and translate them to technology strategies.
- Effective conceptual selling experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a mindset for the Conceptual, Logical, Physical levels of architecture and apply them effectively.
- Systems thinking, understanding of relationships between various systems.
- Understanding of integration technologies and patterns; data architecture and patterns.
- Understanding of SAP suite : S4, SAP IBP, TPM, ARIBA - pepsiCo's global template digital program
