Food Svc Sales Asst Representative

Overview

Location: Role will be based in Pflugerville/Austin territory.

The Food Service Representative role for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Restaurants, C&G Fountain, Rec/Amusement

Responsibilities

• Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
• Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
• Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
• Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
• Forecasting responsibility
• Beverage Optimizer management
• Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - 87,000.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.

• Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
• Proficient Excel & Power point skills
• Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
