Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

Responsibilities

The Assoc Sales Manager for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned Food Service Restaurant accounts. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships both internally and externally, including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations.

  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execute existing customer contracts and own the renewal
  • Alignment with customer on executional framework to include quarterly meetings, shared/published tactics and regular report out to Pepsi leadership teams and field teams
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBNA contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&L's
  • Provide business reviews on a regular basis
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
