Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

Responsibilities
Food service, also known as on premise selling, will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business in the Restaurant segments within the designated route.
- Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory and grow Independent Restaurant share.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals.
- Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts.
- Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract compliance.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Work closely with the PBNA location's selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines.
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can -revenue growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of fact-based selling experience.
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in cold calling and generating new business.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership.
