Overview
The Food Service Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting and growing existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) operating plans and partnership expectations, as well as deliver against new restaurant business targets. Customers for this segment are focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Candidates must live/be within a one-hr radius of listed building/location
Responsibilities
- Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory and grow Independent Restaurant share.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals.
Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods.
Compensation and Benefits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fact-based selling experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership
