Overview

As a Finance Associate Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for financial planning for the SAP S/4 HANA PepsiCo Global Template program (PGT) and Tech Strategy (TS)/Enterprise Solutions (ES) global team which manages global, sector, and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights & financial tools.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on the development of the PGT/ES/TS annual operating plan (AOP), while also forecasting and managing the budget. This role frequently interacts with PGT management, Sector FP&A, PGT project management, and IT Finance leadership including the CFO.

Responsibilities

  • The TS/ES/PGT Finance Associate Manager supports the global team in budgeting & forecasting labor, software, hardware, & global contracts. The budget scope is $550MM
  • Support the periodic forecasting process, including alignment to Corporate Finance, Global IT & Impacted Sectors
  • Track & report productivity initiatives for the Tech Strategy/Enterprise Solutions/PGT global team, working directly with business productivity leads, Global Procurement, and the Central Productivity Office
  • Lead vendor life cycle management financial processes for critical system integrators and other external parties involved in the development & deployment of the global PGT program
  • Support open and transparent communication pathways across multiple Corporate Functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Sector PGT, S&T)
  • Other Finance Ad-hoc activities supporting the TS/ES/PGT team
  • Role will have exposure to senior level executives (EVP S&T, IT and S&T CFO, direct reports of EVP S&T)
  • Role will coordinate and lead meetings with senior level executives monthly

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree (MBA) a plus (Accounting, Finance, Business Engineering, IT, Information Systems, etc.)
  • 4-7 total years of progressive responsibility, in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control.
  • Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.)
  • 4-7 years of financial analysis and modelling experience with widely used tools, e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Trifacta, etc.
  • 4-7 years experience with Hyperion, SAP, TM1, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.

  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills to effectively & efficiently interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
