Overview

Corporate Communications is building its Data and Analytics capability to become an insights and data driven function. This will involve developing a robust monitoring setup, an insights creations muscle and performance measurement process for the company's brands at a Global and North America scale.

The Corporate Insights Manager role will be responsible for developing and delivering insights that inform and enhance our corporate communications strategies. This is an individual contributor role, requires a deep understanding of data analysis, market research, and strategic communication and will be responsible for synthetizing data across social, media and reputation insights to create compelling stories.

Responsibilities

Deliver insights for Corporate Communications

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
  • Leverage business intel to incorporate considerations beyond data into insights

Drive execution excellence for Global corporate comms

  • Being the day-to-day contact for active projects ensuring a good coordination between stakeholders (sectors owners) and agency. This includes alignment on the brief, proposal coordination, execution and delivery of results.
  • Being the expert on how to stitch together social, media and reputation data to answer business questions in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Delivery of market, portfolio, and brand level analysis (utilizing agency delivered dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
  • Develop robust explanations of business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities which lead to insight-led decision making
  • Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click is required using relevant data

Act as the SME for the Comms portfolio

  • Build expertise around social listening, media monitoring, insights and act as an SME to serve the global corporate communications agenda
  • Build connections across the core business needs to deliver insights that could impact the corporate brand
  • Proactively uncover insights that to identify opportunities or help to mitigate risk
  • Advocate for and implement the performance measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of the corporate communications executed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • An experienced Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 5-8 years experience
  • High degree of familiarity with social & media monitoring, and performance measurement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
  • Strong project management skills, Experience at managing multi-sector projects.
  • Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Change management experience including comms, HR and legal processes, IT set up and transition.
  • Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment. measurement frameworks, and inclination towards data storytelling
