Overview

Job Title: EHS Senior Resource - Global Audit and Governance

Responsibilities

Duties: Serve as Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) PepsiCo Lead Auditor. Provide Pre-audit support and communications for all Global EHS Audit Stakeholders (Sites and External Auditors). During Global EHS audits, attend calibration sessions and close out meetings to ensure consistency in audits, provide support for auditors and auditees. Act as liaison with the Site Team and Audit team for the duration of the audit. Provide post-audit support and communication for Global EHS Audit Stakeholders. Carry out Global EHS Governance Support Activities for EHS Standards. Coordinate PepsiCo EHS standard document control and translations. Build EHS Audit and Governance capability among internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S or Foreign equivalent) in a technical EHS or engineering discipline with three (3) years of experience in job offered or related roles. Must have three (3) years of experience with: EHS management experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, distribution/transportation, manufacturing or grocery industry; EHS Auditing and EHS Audit Execution; Development and Delivery of training and presentations; Working with EHS Management systems and EHS International Standards (ISO 14001:2015 AND ISO 45001:2018); Generating and reporting of EHS KPI's (LTIR, SR AND RIR); Management of EHS Audit Platforms (Enablon or similar system) and Experience working with multiple manufacturing, distribution, and transport operations. Must have one (1) year of experience with: Ability to collaborate with multiple countries on EHS policies.

Domestic & International travel required 40% (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa)

Salary: $92,539 - $137,600 / year
