Overview

The IoT Customer Success Team Lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting them in achieving their desired outcomes with IoT solutions. This role involves proactively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing support and guidance to maximize the value they receive from IoT products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities and needs for IOT solutions in all domains of Make, Move and Sell
  • Evaluates and Analyzes Customer Needs and socialize same with platform and other teams
  • Work with Platform Engineering, Product Owner and Architect to build best in a class solution
  • Responsible for delivering end to end IoT Solution and managing engagement with customers
  • Responsible for creating awareness about IOT Platform with various sectors and businesses and customer training
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and periodically sending performance reports to client
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with our products and services
  • Responsible for onboarding new customer and solutions/usecase on IOT Platform

Client Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with sector teams to understand their specific goals and requirements.
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to IoT solutions.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and understand any challenges they may face.

Product Training and Education:

  • Educate clients about IoT products, features, and best practices to help them leverage the technology effectively.

Account Reviews:

  • Solutions architectures, Design and Technical project management leadership
  • Internal Client consultantions and requirements analysis
  • Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish governance mechanisms and quality assurance processes to maintain project compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Stakeholder management and Communication
  • Knowledge sharing and mentorship
  • Driving Continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Key Skill and Experience Required

  • Bachelor degree is required and Master degree is preferred
  • 15 year overall experience delivering customer outcomes.
  • Proven track record of delivering big cloud native projects and specifically IOT Projects
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in delivering IOT Solution at scale (CPG industry experience would be huge plus)
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with budget management
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery

Mandatory technical skills

  • Proven experience in customer success, or client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and concepts
  • Must have played Delivery and Project Mgmt Roles in the past

Mandatory Non Technical Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders on CXO and different levels (hierarchy, cross organizational, cross company)
  • Driver for change management in engineering community, creative innovation driver with strong ownership and commitment
  • Target oriented, pro-active and self-motivated
