Overview
The Customer Management Account Sr. Manager for Regional Strategy on Carbonated Soft Drinks for Kroger plays a critical role in growing the topline business for one of PepsiCo's largest Customers. In addition to having responsibility for $700 million in net revenue, this person is responsible for managing the Carbonated Soft Drink calendar, pricing, promotions, P&L, and marketing plans for Kroger's Regional CSD Desk.
The CSD Customer Mgmt Account Sr. Manager will report to the Kroger CSD Sales Director and be wired to a Regional CSD Buyer(s) at Kroger's General Office. This role also leads all internal (AOP/QBP/Field Playbook/Shopper Marketing) and external (COBO/FOBO) communications regarding Regional CSD Plans, Innovation & Programming.

Responsibilities
- Exceed annual net revenue plan, pricing & profit targets, and Grow CSD Share
- Build best-in-class Customer relationships through category solutions, strong execution, excellent communication, detailed follow up
- Identify opportunities and develop new and creative solutions based on shopper insights data and fact-based analysis
- Effectively Manage P&L through Volume, Rate, and Mix management
- Own Customer relationship with Regional CSD buyers at General Office
- Manage communication and workflow to PepsiCo Division Key Account Managers & Directors
- Develop persuasive and fact-based selling presentations anchored upon consumer, shopper, category, and competitive insights. Ensure plans are aligned with Kroger's strategic goals and targets.
- Lead the development, sell-in and execution of Kroger's Annual Operating Plan within owned divisions to deliver share of category growth, market share growth and brand-specific strategic initiatives
- Lead and align Kroger Executive Senior JACT within owned Kroger divisions, including ownership of the communication and sell-in of AOP
- Communicate Regional customer plans to appropriate cross functional support teams in a concise and timely manner to maximize execution and sales potential (Retail, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service Teams)
- Effectively manage all areas of business responsibilities, including but not limited to, weekly forecasting, customer financial services accounting, monthly regional period reviews, customer service opportunities, Sales, Business Unit and Retail communications
- Develop, sell-in and execute Shopper Marketing programs, both national and regional programs within owned Kroger divisions
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years sales experience
- CPG Account Sales Management experience with large complex customer required
- Role is based in Montgomery, OH near Cincinnati, OH
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
