The Creative & Cultural Insights Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Creative Strategists and the broader in-house agency team by providing actionable insights, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to inform creative briefs, campaigns, and brand strategy.

This role will focus on gathering consumer, market, and cultural insights, as well as supporting social listening initiatives to enhance the creative process. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams and sharp creative instincts.

Responsibilities

Insight Development & Creative Brief Support

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to provide actionable consumer, market, and cultural insights that inform brand strategies and creative briefs.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to guide creative work and ensure alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are integrated into creative platforms and campaigns.

Social Listening & Trends Monitoring

  • Support the team by conducting social listening to track relevant conversations, monitor consumer sentiment, and identify emerging trends that could inform creative work.
  • Integrate findings from social listening into the broader insights strategy, providing the team with key cultural, social, and consumer behavior trends.
  • Maintain awareness of shifting trends in the marketplace, ensuring the brand stays relevant and connected to its audience.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists on the creation and delivery of regular trend share-outs for the marketing department, ensuring teams stay connected to the pulse of culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams including brand marketers, creative teams, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment and a cohesive understanding of consumer insights across all touchpoints.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and campaign development.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in social listening, consumer insights, or marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.), analytics platforms, and sentiment analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights for brand or marketing strategy.
  • Experience in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry or beverage sector is a plus.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
