Reporting to the FLNA IBP Change (Adoption) Lead, the FLNA IBP Change (Adoption) Manager is part of the FLNA IBP change management project team focused on local deployment. This role supports the IBP Change Lead to adapt and localize the Global IBP Change toolkit, build and deploy detailed communication and engagement plans, localize and align engagement materials that will manage the Global IBP process change across FLNA, and ensure a smooth transition from current ways of working to the new Global IBP design.

Responsibilities

The FLNA IBP Change Manager will be accountable to:

  • Support FLNA IBP Change Lead to develop local overall change management plan that ensures a realistic and deliverable, as well as sustainable post go live
  • Refine and compliment Global engagement materials as required ensuring stakeholder alignment to change impact assessment and communication by function
  • Ensure theoretical change management approaches are translated into practical and simple plans and visible for all relevant owners/stakeholders
  • Engage with communication team and partner on the interlinks between change and communication
  • Manage FLNA change network to optimise transition to adoption and ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Own the communication & engagement plan, stakeholder list, change impact analysis
  • Provide insight and analysis to IBP Change Lead where areas for improvement / capability gaps and other people related issues are identified through change processes, to potentially feed into project risks register and mitigation planning
  • Manage change curve during implementation and propose contingency plans as needed to improve engagement/support
  • Review and document learnings related to change management for future markets
  • Ensure systems, processes and practices reinforce the PepsiCo Values and Policies
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) on their leadership and management in relation to specific change activity, coaching and advising in relation to projects and initiatives that are being supported and enabling leaders to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.
  • Support market lead for the PMO topics related to stakeholder management: Sector resource allocation and its communication to the Sector functional leads

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree Preferred. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related area
  • 5+ years of work experience focused on change management for large-scale transformational programs in an organization with complexity of PepsiCo
  • Ability to influence especially in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results
  • Excellent influencing skills with keen organizational awareness
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strategic thinker, can easily define long-term plans and rapidly translate into action
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentations and media materials
  • Strong familiarity with agile project management
  • Some travel required
