Overview
PepsiCo's internal Change Management COE/Practice provides consulting expertise on discrete lines of business and corporate function engagements to large scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This requires a team of skilled change practitioners with experience supporting large-scale, global complex projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project. This role will be responsible for the following:
- Provides direct support from a change management perspective for the Procure to Pay program (P2P), which is focused on supporting global end-to-end transformation for Procure to Pay people, processes and technologies.
- Provides change management support to develop, deliver and execute change deliverables needed for the successful delivery of any/all P2P program projects (e.g. impact assessments, readiness assessments, detailed change plan, etc.). Specifically, provides change thought leadership support and develops detailed CM work and deliverables.
- Provides change management support needed for the execution of global initiatives for any and all sectors/functions that are under resourced.
- Provides guidance and insight for complex (multi-function and sector) global projects based on past experiences with similar projects and can help provide a perspective on multiple categories of change (i.e. people, process, technology, culture, behavioural, organizational, etc.).
- Provides CM coaching and guidance to project leads and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with change management principles, framework and tools.

Responsibilities
- Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and executes the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption of the R2P global cross functional agenda.
- Leads Change Management work for specific P2P projects, including setting change strategy and managing project resources to drive adoption across multiple employee groups.
- Role will manage all change management deliverables including (but not limited to) change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impacts, leadership alignment, communications, training, and change adoption metrics.
- Oversees the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to review and align on communications materials.
- Oversees the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop and align on training materials
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the program and organization.
- Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical change management plans, while also managing and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery.
- Ensures change management best practices are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and post implementation continuous improvement plans are aligned on and embedded.
- Proactively drives, monitors and manages the change work - ensuring key milestones are met on time.
- Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.
- Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant change management experience in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s), and have strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
- An undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic success
- Desire to learn quickly about a new topic - chances are you may be unfamiliar with some of the subject matter, so curiosity and openness to new ideas are important
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - asking the right questions at the right time to is key to building value and fostering trust with project and key stakeholders
- Effective project management skills - managing a project plan, raising risks, and adhering to a deadline are all tasks that will be encountered on the job
- Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination
- Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
- Ability to influence global, cross functional teams and achieve alignment
- Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
Differentiating Competencies Required:
- Global project management expertise - needed to support the types of projects and providing the expertise needed to support PEP projects with minimal guidance
- Change Management expertise - has the experience needed to provide thought leadership on CM, supporting new tools, frameworks, ways of working/thinking. Role model best practices and coach other business partners in applying change management methodologies and tools on projects/initiatives. Provides SME support to further develop capabilities in change management globally.
- General Consulting Skills - able to work independently and with others to identify issues and develop resolution strategies.
