The Studio team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Beverages North America business, working on iconic brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Bubly, Mug, and Starry.

• As Director, will work closely with the PepsiCo Studio creative and production teams to help plan, produce, and direct video content as needed. They will be a creative leader responsible for translating a script or concept into a visual story by overseeing all aspects of a video production, including directing actors, managing camera angles, lighting, and overall style, ensuring the final product aligns with the intended vision and meets client expectations; they collaborate closely with the production crew to execute the creative direction throughout the pre-production, filming, and post-production phases.
• As Producer, help plan and organize video shoots, radio spots and post-production teams and processes.
• As Studio and Post-Production Manager, help with upkeep and maintenance of Studio owned video, lighting and post-production equipment and software. They will also help manage Studio production and post-production projects and teams.

• Work closely with creative and production resources to help plan, produce, direct and edit projects for PepsiCo brands and partners.
• Ensure proper execution of internal and consumer-facing creative. During shoots, oversee and help with all setup and break down of sets, props and equipment.
• For in-studio shoots, coordinate with the building and freight for load in, and break down.
• Coordinate all aspects of the shoot with the Studio's producers including shooting schedules, budgets, shooting boards, travel and any other creative or logistical details.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and fall within budget. Closely manage any production overages in real time via formalized overage documentation to be signed/approved by brands.

• Supervise editorial workflow and teams, provide timing and status updates to full team.
• Ensure that all finishing processes are followed to specifications, meet deadlines and that projects are archived for future needs.
• Provide editorial expertise when needed, including quality control or revisions, social optimization according to project needs.
• Organize and archive projects according to Studio processes

• Support the PepsiCo Studio in production and creative development as needed.
• Partner with other Studio production resources to evaluate ways to improve the production process and output of the studio.

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Film/Art/Photography
• 4-6 years minimum experience in production and shooting
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications, including a strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Photoshop a plus.
• Familiarity with audio mixing and color grading/correction,
• Excellent editing skills and time management capabilities
• Solid understanding of story structure and story-telling skills
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and creating content authentic to each platform
• Ideal candidate will be tech savvy and knowledgeable about up-and-coming aspects of film and video production
• Expert communication, organization and problem-solving skills
