Advance your career as an Associate Manager Designate, Sales Strategy supporting the PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) warehouse business. In this exciting role, you will join a dynamic and diversity-minded team focused on developing and driving growth strategies at the intersection of channel, customer, and category. You will enable PFNA to become an indispensable partner to our customers - all while building your expertise and network.

In this role, you will support the strategic retail growth agenda for warehouse brands through the development of JBP resources, sales programs and tools. You will learn and influence how we accelerate growth, expand space, and deliver a marketplace advantage across unique aspects of the portfolio. You will work cross functionally to ensure customer teams are set up to deliver on both in year results and longer-term sustainable growth.

What critical experiences would you gain as an Associate Manager Designate?

You will learn about our business model, our processes and gain the experience of how to influence cross-functionally. In this role, you will benefit from a 12-month program which begins with 4-6 months of structured onboarding allowing you the opportunity to acclimate to PepsiCo's fast-paced environment. This will build strong foundational knowledge while also increasing ownership and responsibility within the role to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop winning partnerships with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and collaborating with multiple levels within the organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Teams, Finance, Marketing, Insights, Commercial and Revenue Management
  • Strategic development of effective portfolio programs in partnership with brand and commercial teams
  • Educate sales strategy and field sales team on Pep+ by developing a training session and building sell tools for the field to leverage with customers
  • Serve as the primary liaison for growth channels (Away from Home, Digital Commerce, Natural, Hispanic) to support new opportunities for our portfolio and programs
  • Following brand and commercial development, manage updates and accuracy of selling tools and resources for the sales organization
  • Support content development and roll-out of
    • JBP Milestones (Discovery, Big Bets)
    • Brand Unity Day and National Sales Meeting
    • Sales Capability Resources (AMP UP and Wired to Win workshops)

Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of sales or sales or sales strategy related experience; preferably with a consumer-packaged goods company
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Proven track record of leadership skills and business results
  • Travel occasionally (25%)
